Hello
We noticed that our GropuShare 2017 SR1 server is sending "File Due Date Overdue" messages before the actual overdue date.
As you can see on the image bellow, the mail was sent on 1st of May 2018 at 06:00 local time stating in the subject Files Due Date Overdue.
This is also repeated in the message body but there you can also see that the file was due only on 2nd of May 2018 at 15:00 hours (local time).
Now, we are upgrading our GS Server to CU7 so I'm not able to check if there is any setting where we can define the "pre-warning" time?
In this particular case the mail was sent 1 day and 9 hours before the project would be overdue.
Did anybody else observe similar behavior and how did you fix this.
