Good morning,
I have created a container in GroupShare with 2 TMs, and sent credentials to 4 translators (as external translators with access only to this container). But two of them can access the TMs and the other two, although correctly logged to the server, can see the container but not the TMs on it.
I have asked one of the translators who cannot see the TMs to use the credentials of one who can see them, but even in this case, the first translator cannot see the TMs, so it must be something related to the Studio version (although they work with Studio 2017) or configuration.
Can you please help me there? We are on a long project and need to share the content translated in real time.
