SDL Groupshare CU09 - recognizers and linked language resources

Question

Hello, in Groupshare 2017SR1 CU09 when you assign a linked language resource you can see the message from the picture below when you click on recognizers. 
 
 So you can't edit the recognizers parameters, but i couldn't find any place to change this setting in language resources. 
 I searched in documentation with no success, may I have an explanation on this? What am I doing wrong?

Dear Enrico Rosso, 
 Thank you for raising this topic on Community and I am sorry for the late answer. This behavior is raised with Development team under id CRQ-14148 and for the future, SDL plans to s upport editing of advanced settings on a Language Resource Template. This option will probably be available in the next release, after CU10. I hope this helps.

Oh it says "after CU10"... Is SDL really planning another CU for GS2017, or are all fixes going into GS 2020 now? Is this fixed in GS 2020 by the way?
