Problem with export Server - re-index TM to TMX - GroupShare 2017

Question

Hello, 
 I have a problem with export Server - re-index TM to TMX. We use Translation Memory Server in GroupShare 2017. 
 But often the memory becomes corrupted and can not be extracted in TMX or reindexing and displays the following error message. 
 
 Is there a way to export the TM?
