My guess is that GS Cloud has not been designed with this scenario in mind.
You suggested the concept quit know with other products, like Across where sub-suppliers have their own servers to handle such scenario
Maybe you can download the project from your client to your local machine and then publish the project on your GS Cloud.
It's additional two - three steps.
