Hi
I am on a groupshare cloud project where I am using a termbase.
When I try to add a term on the go (ctrl + upp case + F2), I am prevented from doing it by the Following message:
"Tentative de division par zéro"
Anybody any clue of how to solve this?

Your own termbase or one provided through GroupShare? I don't know the answer to this one, but if it's GroupShare I think you should report this through your client and ask them to log a case on your behalf. If it's your own termbase try making sure it's set as default in your Project settings.

It s my own groupshare cloud. I created it.
I had logued a ticket, was told to reinstall a patch, I did. Pb solved
However, every now and then (rather now lol), the issue reappears. I have reinstalled the said version and it is working now but there is for sure something that creates this. Any idea?
I have no idea... did support give you any other information?
Also good to post GS questions into the GS forum... might be people in there who have experienced this in the past. I'll move it.

Hi Laetitia ZUMSTEIN - if the problem is intermittent, it is indeed pretty hard to troubleshoot. Sometimes it is a very specific sequence of steps that leads to the error. Clicking in a different window, selecting a certain field. Please try more times and change 1 thing at a time in what you do and try to find steps to reproduce that produce the error every time. Then either post here or log a case with us. Thank you! Adrian
