My team is getting this message when trying to check in back a word file to myself in Studio as awell as Groupshare.
What could be the issue? Haven't found answers anywhere.

Hi Martina,
BCM is a data structure used to keep localizable data, similar to XLIFF. Studio uses XLIFF, but Groupshare's Online Editor uses BCM behind the scenes. As you work with your files, opening it in Online Editor will trigger a conversion from XLIFF to BCM. The error says that this conversion failed for some reason. This can happen for a number of reasons, like timeout, some of the services being down, etc. - it is hard to tell without inspecting Groupshare's logs.
Does this happen all the time for certain files? Do you have steps to reproduce that could help us identify the issue?
