I'm having problems with Groupshare server.

I'm the translator and the server that the PM set me up with has excruciatingly low speed, lookup and navigation tend to stop frequently and the loading time between scrolling up and down for more/previous content is unbearable. Is there any way to fix this?
I've tried signing out and coming back in/refreshing, but it works only for a few minutes and goes back to its state of inability again. Would there be anything to be done?

    Do you mean the connection between your computer and the remote server is slow?

    A very slow connection, might suggest hardware/software incompatibilities between the GS version and possibly your Studio version.

    I would suggest that your PM logs a support ticket with us so that we can take a look at this for you.
