Are you able to post the full stack trace?

After Studio crashed, there may be an issue with the remembered credentials, so is definitely worth clearing the Browser Cache.

Then rebooting your machine and restarting Studio.

Hi Steven, Studio crashed several weeks ago, so I won't be able to send you full stack trace. I made a screenshot of the error message I got when I tried to open the Groupshare project I was working on when the breakdown happened, but only a part of it can be seen.

I receive Multiterm-related error messages as well, if the project contains a server-based Multiterm. I will try to save the XML file according to your instructions.

Thanks for the screenshot- this is really helpful,

This looks like the package was corrupted (possibly due to the crash)

You might need to ask for a new package from the client or you can try the workaround suggested here-

We found a workaround to finish that particular project back then, without using the server, as far as I can remember. However, the problem with the server access (and setup) persists since the breakdown.
