GroupShare 2017 - Language Pair not appearing

Question

Hi, 
 
 I'm trying to upload a Spanish (Latin America) .sdltm to GroupShare 2017, I noticed this language combination is not appearing in our version of GroupShare 2017 (GS: 14.2.15120.6 - SR1 CU6) even though it&rsquo;s a supported language pair looking at this document here .

Is the reason due to our version of GroupShare 2017 being outdated? 
 
 I noticed on your site here: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=CUs-GroupShare-2017-SR1 that we need to request for the installer for the latest build. How do I request this?

 The latest version of GS2017 is SR1 CU10 and is available in your account. 
 I have spoken to your account manager (Patrice) who will reach out to you and help you further.
