Has anyone installed GroupShare 2020 and SQL server on machine with 32 RAM?
Is the RAM enough for 10 users who share TM and MT?
Will there be performance issues?

Well, SQL Server tends to use the maximum amount of ram possibile, this is why it's useful to separate IIS from sql server using two different machines, even virtual ones. Depending on the size of your TM and the use of online editor, 32GB should be enough for 10 users.
I suggest you to read the installation guide of the last GS2020, where SDL wrote a useful chapter on prerequisites and memory use.
