Dear Support Team,
I've set up GroupShare2020 on my test box - everything works perfectly fine when I access admin web console locally (localhost). However, if I try to access it from outside (via domain name), I get the following error:
I cannot find any error messages in the log files (\ProgramData\SDL\Service\Logs).
I applied Symantec firewall rules according to this article. Additionally, 80 and 443 ports are opened on the router's firewall.
Could you please give a guidance if I'm missing anything?
