Hi everybody,

We recently decided to upgrade our GS server rented from OVH, and it seems that now they only sell servers with Windows 2016/2019 Standard/Datacenter (we think to choose standard as it is 10x times cheaper...) and SQL 2017/2019. I am wondering, since we are using GroupShare 2017 SR1 -- can we safely migrate GS2017 to this new server with these specs? 

I mean -- will it work with aa SQL version newer than the ones mentioned in the installation guide (2012, 2014 and 2016)?

I suppose it should, but I was meaning to ask anyway, since perhaps someone has already had the same issue? It's just that it would be a horrible waste of money if we chose to buy this server and then it turned out that SQL is too new to handle GS.
