When I try to import the entries (approx. 620) from my local termbase to MultiTerm Server, I just see a progress bar saying "Empfang erfolgt", but nothing happens for several hours. I am using the xdt file and the xml file in a zip folder for upload and I am using a VPN connection in home office, but it still does not work. What am I doing wrong?

Unfortunately, I cannot directly answer to your post, so I'll write in the original post.

I have recently upgraded to SDL MultiTerm 2021. However, I did not manage to do so with Groupshare, so that is still the 2017 version. With your explanation from the link, I was able to import the termbase content. Thank you! However,  duplicates show up in the server version that do not exist in the local version so that I now have 921 instead of 642 entries. Severel weeks ago, I had the issue with the duplicates in the local version as well, but it was seemingly fixed by support. So the issue seems to persist.
