We're wondering what's the best workflow to work as an organisation with agencies. We'd like to give access to the ressources to their freelancers, too.
When working with Packages, do we need to have several GroupShare users for each agency so that freelancers can access the ressources on the server? Unfortunately, we have a limited Number of User accounts...

Thank you for raising this as a thread.
It depends really what you aim, to do, if there is a need to have access to the server TM then the user needs a login. But if the user does not need access to the Server TM from the project then they can work without issues, without needing to connect to GroupShare:
