Power Point files get corrupted for one specific user

Question

We are a team using Trados Studio 2019 and GroupShare. When I assign the translation of Power Point files to one specific user, with the review to a different user - the reviews get the following error message. 
 
 The translator is still able to open the xliff file, but no one else on the team can. 
 The issue occurs specifically for MS Power Point files and that one user. 
 What could cause this?

Hi Nancy, 
 Thank you for the topic raised on the community. In rare cases, the bilingual sdlxliff file can be corrupted when deleting content from it. No data is lost however, Trados Studio is unable to open the file until you apply one of the workarounds described in the below article:
