Thank you for writing on our community form. Could you please provide us more details in regards to the issues that you are experiencing?
On this same note, are you perhaps referring to the GroupShare Cloud?

Hi Paul, yes I forgot to mention that we have GS cloud. It's an old issue, this connection problem, we've had it since we bought the subscription. A couple of months ago, SDL have already taken partially successful steps to improve it, but the issue is far from resolved.
