Since last friday, it seems we are having a very specific issue regarding Groupshare; it doesn't seem to pretranslate our files anymore.

It seems the pretranslation batch task works well in Studio itself, but we cannot pretranslate using Groupshare directly.

I've tested creating a project directly in Groupshare's own web interface and selecting the project models that we had created and our documents are generated without the expected pretranslation.

  

Oddly enough, our TMs are indeed active when we extract our projects in Studio. As soon as we click on an untranslated segment, it does immediatly find a match in our active TMs. The pretranslation batch task also works well then, but we would really need to be able to do this task using Groupshare directly liked we used to be able to.
