I use Trados Studio 2021. Recently, my client has been using GroupShare and when I try to add my personal translation memory, it is impossible because the AnyTM option is greyed out.

If your TM is also en(US) -> fr(CA) then the problem may be that the GroupShare admin has disabled this option for you on this project. If your TM is not that language pair then perhaps try exporting to TMX, create a new TM with the correct language pair and then import your TMX into it.
