I have been using Groupshare without problem for a while with different clients. Now I cannot check-out any packages I receive. This is happening with different clients (and servers, of course). I can connect to their server, I can access the project to work on, but when I try to check-out the file to translate, the button/option does not execute any function, as it was not active at all. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

This issue is probably related to the user setup. Can you please check with whoever created your user if the user was set up correctly, especially the Projects permissions?

Hi Alex, thank you for your suggestion, but it has been happening with all my clients, different servers, and it started all of a sudden. I am checking with them, I already checked with one of them, they have made no changes to any settings, I still believe it is a problem on my side. I really don't know what to do.

Can you check what version of Trados Studio is installed on your computer? You can retrieve this information from Trados Studio -> Help -> About SDL Trados Studio.
It might also be an incompatibility between the software (Trados Studio vs GroupShare).

At the moment I can only assume that the reason why you cannot check out the files is because the files are not assign to that particular phase where your user is added. Can you maybe try to access these files via web browser login/GroupShare Online Editor?
