Hi,
Currently we can't add any server based translation memories from Groupshare 2020 to Trados Studio 2021.
We get the error message that number of Translation Units in use is exceeded and after checking on the site, we see that indeed the number is exceeded by 22%.
We deleted the additional TMs from Groupshare 2020 server but the number still remain unchanged.
Could you please advise how we can remove the TMs so that we still operate within the limit?

Can you please restart our instance? We used all of our options that we know of and we still cannot use it.
Paul I understand that our partner agreement is not yet through, hovever if you could assist here we would be very grateful. We currently have no access to any groupshare instance and therefore cannot eighter present it to new prospects or check for errors.

I dropped an email to Lydia Simplicio who is your contact as you know, ad also to the GroupShare product manager. They'll take a look at the server and see what needs to be done for you.

Currently, the TUs in Use percentage is at 33% on https://groupsharedev.sdlproducts.com/. Can you please let us know if you still encounter that error?
