I'm trying to install Trados Groupshare 2021 SR1 CU5 and keep getting client-chef issue: Error executing action `create` on resource 'directory[C:\\ProgramData\\SDL\\SDLServer1\\RaptorDB]' Chef::Exceptions::Win32APIError, No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
I have tried all kinds of REST, Microsoft and other solutions available on the internet but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone had any similar issues? How have you solved it?

To better understand the issue you are dealing with, please help me with the following info:
1. What is your current GroupShare 2020 version? This KB will help you find the current version: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge .
2. Could you please attach picture with the full/exact error message
3. Are there any errors in the GroupShare installation log files - the default location is : C:\ProgramData\SDL\Install .
What I understand from the error message that you attached is that there are some ,,account" issues . Solving that, should fix the Chef error messages. This link might help you.
