How would we know? GroupShare is not hosted by us. You need to speak to your customer.
Might be worth knowing if you upgraded Studio to SR2 though? If you did this, AND, if your customer uses GroupShare 2015 then this won't work - as per the note in the release notes.
2.10 Removed support for GroupShare 2015
Trados Studio 2021 SR2 introduces major improvements that are only supported by the TM Service component that powers Trados GroupShare 2017 or later. As a result, users are no longer able to use or log in to Trados GroupShare 2015 server. If you are still using Trados GroupShare 2015, upgrade to a later version before installing Trados Studio 2021 SR2.
