I'm running GroupShare 2020 SR1, no CUs installed atm (required a lot of hassle with SQL db migration), and have encountered the following annoying problem.

GS doesn't react to some changes in users rights. Not sure about all possible scenarios, but positevly sure about this specific one:

1. User doesn't have rights to add terms to TB from Trados, so he\she requestes them.
2. I give a bunch of predefined permissions to that user that supposedely should have rights to add entries to TBs, nothing works.
3. In the outrage I give a user admin rights (it's in-house employee, no bigie, but still not a desired solution), it doesn't work either.
4. I realize that smth fishy is going on, reboot the server just in case. It doesn't work.

In the end, compeltely deleting user's account and recreating it worked. I had to do it a couple of times already.

Any ideas what could be a root cause of the problem? Thanks in advance!
