We are using a server-based temporary translation memory for a large project, we got a problem that the quality of two or more translators wasn't good enough, but the TM of their parts was recorded into the TM already, so I want to know, except for the penalty function, if there is way to exclude her TM results from the server-based TM using the "filters" function? Under All-Language Pair of the project settings, I see there seems to be a configuration panel, but i don't know how to configure?

You can export the Server-based Translation Memory content and exclude the unwanted translation units created by these users as follows:
You can add more filters conditions if there are multiple users who updated the translation memory or you ce even set up a filter for the users who created the translation units. the above mentioned steps will export the translation memory content without the translation units modified by these users, so after that you need to create a new translation memory from scratch and import the exported content.
