Hello,
I would like to come back to you regarding my problem of services not restarting after a server reboot.
Thanking you in advance
Hi Laurent,
According to the event viewer log file you enclosed, I could find some trace of the .NET runtime error indicating the following:
Exception Info: Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)
There is a knowledge base article that point to the same root cause and it might help you solve the issue:

I hope this helps.
