I cannot access my client's Groupshare projects although credentials are correct. Client says other linguists have no problems accessing the Groupshare projects. I deleted Studio and reinstalled (2021) but it makes no difference. I can however open files on web groupshare, but of course that is not the way it should work. Please help!

Please make sure you have the right target language selected in Trados Studio.
Are you encountering any error message when you try to open the files in Trados Studio Editor? If so, can you please share it via this post?

Desiree Davidse the reason why you cannot see any projects is because you have not selected the project status: In Progress, Completed, Archived.
I'm afraid this is not working either...
Desiree Davidse, I do believe that the reason why you cannot see any project is because there is no project assigned to your user. Have you tried accessing the GroupShare web address via web browser? Are there any projects displayed?

Yes on web-Groupshare I can see and access the files perfectly. That's what nobody can figure out :-(.
