I can answer your first question. Server-based translation memories are updated in a batch process called 'Fine grained Alignment'. This batch task automatically runs every night on the GroupShare Server. It updates the alignment required for fragment matching (upLIFT) and AFAIK also updates the fuzzy index in the process.

Hi Walter, thanks a lot for your answer , but i have to launch manualy the fuzzy index every week for some memories , (for some user the contextual search on studio  don t work properly, the only way to fix that was to launch manualy fuzzy index on the memory via GS web interface) , this batch don t seem to work properly, is there a way to check the logs or there is somewhere a property file ?
