Hello! My Project Manager can't update the main translation memories (Groupshare TM) using Batch Task. When my Project manager tries to use the Batch Tasks for updating the main TM in the project, there are no Batch Tasks available. How can I solve this problem? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Unfortunately I thought the problem was solved because now the Batch Tasks are available to the Project Manager, but even when he performs the "Update Main Translation Memories" task, he still can't update the Groupshare TMs. Things run smoothly in his computer (no error messages) but still when I checked on Groupshare, those TMs were not updated.
He's now using the Trados Studio 2022 17.0.0.11594 version of Trados.
