New Policy for applocker

Following the problem that I have with the installation of SDL GroupShare 2017 on not calling chefsolo, I have readen that a new rule for the applocker has to be stablished, but I do not know, Can anyone of you help me with this problem explaining step by step?

the operating system is Windows Server 2022 standard
