I have a problem with my team's TM management. Our TMs are too big and dangerously close to Groupshare's full capacity. We'd like to delete some of our oldest TUs from specific clients, but we're not sure how to do that. Do you have any tips on how to do that efficiently?
First of all, I would recommend you to export the entire TM in tmx out of security reasons.
Then, you can set a filter with "Created on" + "Last used on", set with "smaller with" a value that makes sense for you (like 01/01/2015 as an example). Then save the filter with a descriptive name and test it by performing a search. You can modify the filter according to your needs, save it. When you are happy with the amounts of TUs that match the filter, you can use it with "batch delete". Only the TUs that match your search will be deleted.
