Opening a Word file from GroupShare to translate from English to French, many segments were in Greek characters!
The agency tech did what they could, we've tried several times closing and opening the project, before and after I "Repaired" and reinstalled Studio 2021 Freelance Plus SR2.
I may be better mention that I switch between two different Wi-Fis, about once a week, always on the same laptop.
I had to cancel the 5,000 job, after trying to reach RWS support yesterday (about 16 hours ago; no answer yet).
Anything I must do before receiving the next job, in case this happens again?
