I can't add a server to groupshare

Hi, 

I am Having problems adding a server. when I put the server address provided to me, I get an error message. I tried different solutions provided on articles such as this one, https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013566 

but at this point I'm just lost and confused...it's not working.

For reference I have trados 2021 freelancer S2.

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'Failed to connect to server. Please check your server connection settings, network and internet connections, and that the server is available.' with an OK button.
