Groupshare TM not working

Hello!

I am working on a big Groupshare project and the online TM stops working witthout any reason.

The error message is: "No open translation memories or automated translation servers."

Besides that, all the settings are ok, as you can see here:

Hi Iago Medeiros ,

Is this issue ongoing? If so, where are you seeing this error message? Are you seeing this error message in the TM lookup window? I can see through the above screenshots that the connection status is Available and that the IT is Enabled in the project, which indicates that everything should work as expected.

If this is ongoing can you please try to open the TM via Translation Memories? Are you able to?
