I am working on a groupshare project with a colleague. If he goes see the segments I have already worked on (that appear of course as confirmed on my laptop), they do not show any modification. However, he can see them in the TM, so he would have to re-confirm every single segment, which is a disaster in a project with over 10k segments. What can we do? I can see his confirmed segments though.

Are you and your colleague working in Trados Studio or in Online Editor?
The GroupShare project files can be edited by one user at a time. For example if the User A check out the file, makes some adjustments and the check's in the file then the User B when he/she will access the file the new file version will be displayed.
Working with the same user from 2 different computers at the same time is not a viable option.
