Unable to connect to GS server

I've just activated my Trados 2022. I want to open my first GroupShare project but can't connect to the GS server.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps in Trados Studio:

1. go to: File >  Setup -> Servers and check that your server connection is marked with green tick mark.  If it isn't check that you entered correctly server address, SSL, SDL Provider type, user name and password.

But I got this error:

Trados Studio Add GroupShare Server dialog showing an error message 'Failed to connect to server. Please check your server connection settings, network and internet connections, and that the server is available.'

2. I've also tried typing the full server name (with https://  or http://) and logging in via the GroupShare dashboard login page to check server availability and my login credentials.

And I found that the server and my login works fine.

I also had an issue doing online activation, and had to do offline activation to activate my Trados 2022 license although my internet connection works just fine.

Is it possible that these issues are related and my Trados2022 can't access the internet?

Could someone please help?
