Need to increase the MultiTerm Server Editor CALs number

Question

We work as a team with using GroupShare, and need the ability for multiple users to add terms to a server-based termbank. We are currently having problems doing so. 
 I noticed that although we have 12 viewer CALs for MultiTerm Server, we only have one Editor CAL. Is this normal or is it something that we can adjust through the GroupShare application server?

Hello Antonie, 
 The screenshot indeed looks like your GroupShare license only allows a single person to edit termbase entries. 
 The first person to contact is probably who purchased your GroupShare license, to clarify whether and why a license with only a single Editor CAL was purchased. 
 If you believe that you actually paid for a license with more than 1 Editor CAL, I hope that RWS licensing support can assist you.
