Our Groupshare server contiously shows the following error log below:
Editor Service Warning “Cannot read performance value for Sdl.EditorService.Router.Heartbeat.CpuCounter”
Editor Service Error “Access to the registry key 'Global' is denied.”
Anyone knows how to check the cause of these error messages?

Can you check if the service user used to run the GroupShare services is part of the Administrator Group on the application server?
If not, please add that service user to the group and restart all the GroupShare services.

While Administrator should work, this goes beyond what GS requires.
The installer should add the service user to the group "Performance Monitor Users" instead.
