Failed process when archiving a GS job

Hi,

We have recently been experiencing problems when archiving GS jobs with one of our (newly acquired) SDL Studio 2022 licences, with an error message being displayed during the process

Error Message: A task has been cancelled

Version: Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.10.19084

Archiving fails (the process stops).

It works under  SDL Studio 2019 and our second 2022 licence...
