I work for an LSP using Trados Groupshare with external translators, some of whom do not own Trados Studio, so they use Online Editor to translate files and deliver them to us (check-in).
There is an old issue we sometimes have with these files, where the translator will get an error message while trying to check-in the file.
Here is a screenshot of the actual translation file in Online Editor, as you can see, there are no tags with the 13 ID, so I do not know which one actually caused the issue. Some information has been redacted for confidentiality, but all tags are shown in the screenshot.
We have been unable to find a solution to this problem, and whenever it happens, we usually just run the file again through the program, but this solution is not ideal. Any assistance you can provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
