We have a customer who uses Antidote with Trados Studio 2022, and all is working well and as expected, but when they use it with the GroupShare 2020 Online Editor, Antidote does not seem to be able to handle Tags and the segmentation is not correct.

Is this because Antidote isn't "supposed" to work with GroupShare? Or is this something we can trouble shoot?

If our Antidote plugin is intended for Trados Studio only, then I have my answer no need to look further, but if there is expected compatibility with GroupShare then I have a video from the customer and/or screenshots from it showing the issue, but cannot publish them here. If it is something we can look into, can I send the video to your email address?
