 I encountered some problems in the process of installing GS 2020 CU7, please see the figure according to the return code of installation, please help me .

Hi, I got the error once. 
 The problem is a Windows Server UI language . It should be English to avoid installation issues. 
 Try the following: 
 
 Change Display language to English 
 Create service account with English charactes only. 
 Create "Everyone" local user group 
 Add service account to Everyone group 
 Logon as a service account and start the installation
