Error message "A connection to MultiTerm Server [server name] could not be established. Invalid Login Details" when trying to login to termbase Groupshare server

Hello,

I am experiencing a new issue after using Trados Studio Freelance for more than a year. I am using Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.11.19134.

Since this afternoon (it worked this morning and for a year before that), I cannot access my main client's termbases in Groupshare.

I have confirmed that I am inputting the correct login credentials (which have been confirmed to be working on both my side and theirs, since I am still able to access Groupshare translation memories).

When I setup the Groupshare server to access the Groupshare termbases, I can see that the server is available, with a green checkmark next to it. I only get the error message when I click "Login".

I am using a perpetual license which was bought in 2024, which is confirmed to be active.
