We got an error that the Logi license is expired at Groupshare Dashboard.
Does anybody know how to solve it?
Unfortunately the KB solution https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038528 doesn't anymore.

Experienced the same issue on several GroupShare servers. We tried to fix it ourselfs, but were not sucessfull.
This is, obviously, a widespread problem and I hope, RWS will update the KB article and attached updated components.

The Logi Reporting is a 3rd party tool, used in Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 for versions lower than CU09, to display the Reporting information in the Dashboard.
Starting with the CU09 release of Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1, we no longer use that tool. There are no plans to acquire a newer license from the Logi provider. The solution is to update your Trados GroupShare application to a newer release (latest version is CU12).
