My computer crashed and I had to buy another one. I reseted my licence and copied the code to the activation code box.
Now I have the following message: Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. Error 403.
What can I do?

I believe the issue you pointed out is NOT related to Trados GroupShare. If I am not right, please share with us a screenshot with the error message.
If the problem occurs in/with a different RWS application, please raise a new topic in the dedicated RWS application section: Trados Portfolio Please do not forget to share a screenshot with the error message.
