Large TM files in GS corrupted

When my client assigns Group Share projects to me that contain large TM files, the download of these large TM files takes quite long and when I try to use thes TM files I get an error message that says that they are corrupted. The project leader ont he customer side confirms each time that the TM works fine for them.  I tried the plugin for TM repair, but it does not fix this issue. I'm working in Trados Studio 2022. 
When the customer sends me the TM file by another means, like a ftp, I can download it and use it normally.
