GS2020: Translation Memory Model Management Database: Config files

I want to adjust TranslationModelsContainer names as per the https://sdl.service-now.com/csm?sys_kb_id=1b7826ec1b8b9a50772c0dcad34bcbfb&id=kb_article_view&sysparm_rank=2&sysparm_tsqueryId=709e687583c0aad0a6b1fab8beaad38c

But i cannot locate on my Application server those two files:
C:\Program Files\SDL\SDL Server\TranslationModelService\Sdl.TranslationModelService.Builder.exe.config
C:\Program Files\SDL\SDL Server\TranslationModelService\Sdl.TranslationModelService.Host.exe.config

GS2020 CU12

Any idea?
