Cannot connect to GroupShare server

Warning dialog box with an exclamation mark icon saying 'We couldn't contact the server. Check your Internet connection or contact the Trados GroupShare admin.' with an OK button.

Since Friday I cannot connect to any server on GroupShare. Credentials are correct, servers too. I could not find a solution online.
I tried restarting Trados, removing the server and adding it again, but nothing seems to work.
Could you please help me?
