A common problem I see in Groupshare is version conflicts.
What I mean by a "Conflict" is the status under "Local State" becomes "Conflict" as shown below:
The problem is we don't know the causes and what the best course of action is when this happens (and it happens frequently for us, maybe once or twice a month).
Any advice or information on why this happens and what to do would be appreciated.
Right now, I just use "Download a Specific Version" to retrieve the latest version, but I don't understand why Trados would use an older file when you try to check it out?
