Empty server

Hello everyone,

For a client, I have to connect to a server TM. Everything goes fine (click on the server TM to enable, add logins, login successful), but the TM is not enabled (checkbox can't be ticked).

Project settings window showing translation memory list with columns for active status, languages, penalties, and concordance. One checkbox for 'Active' is unticked.

And if I click on add server TM, the server appears as empty (but the client said it is not). Could it come from my antivirus?
